My dryer stopped working, my microwave lost power, my toaster and coffee machine stopped functioning. I had an appliance man come out and replace the engine, the timer, the belt as well as the outlet but he could not get the dryer to work properly. He suggested I call an electrician. The electrician who said he would come in the afternoon never came and did not call to tell me he was tied up. I called Carl because the had installed my Generac. I explained what was happening and he came the next day, in the morning, evaluated what the problem was, traced to my microwave and discovered that the issue stemmed from the ungrounded connection of UI’s neutral wire. He reconnected the ground wire and “voila,” the problem is fixed. I appreciated immensely that he came right away because I thought that with so many appliances being affected, I would have to buy new ones. I recommend him absolutely for his efficiency, work ethics and his quick response.
