Panera Bread

The Panera Bread in Derby, Ct was a 6,000 sq./ft. from the ground up new restaurant. There is a 800 amp 120/240 volt power wall with an Energy Management System that controls the lighting, power, walk in coolers/ freezers, heating and cooling roof top units. We installed all the power requirements of the building including the heavy power needs of multiple amperage and voltage branch circuits for the commercial kitchen. The multiple types of lights and signs were controlled by the EMS system with manual override switching. This restaurant had many different systems including POS (point of sale), phone, data, Surveillance and Fire Alarm that all come together for a fully new operational Panera Bread Restaurant.
