MIELE ELECTRIC/POWER II LLC provided the Electrical work for the Red Robin Gourmet Burgers in the Connecticut Danbury Fair Mall. This was a more than just the usual fast pace retail project in which our company completed the 8,000 Sq./ft. scope of Electrical work plus $ 20,000 in added scope of electrical work in record time. The normal amount of time for these projects is 20 weeks, our company met every deadline in just 10 weeks:
- Installation of over 1200 amp in electrical power distribution panels
- Installation of multiple voltage and amperage electrical panels and equipment/ Isolated Ground Electrical Panels with a 150 KVA suspended transformer.
- Install 480 volt power and controls for multiple RTU HVAC units, Make up air. exhaust units, remote walk in Freezer/Coolers condensers and Ice machines on mall roof top
- Multiple types of LED, Dining Room, Kitchen and Emergency Lighting, low and high voltage sign wiring and exterior building lighting
- Installation of multiple dimming zones from master dimming bank with multiple remote dimming controls
- Electrical requirements for Kitchen Equipment/Ansel Hood System
- Wiring of Walk in Coolers/freezers evaporator coils, controls, door heaters and lighting
- Installation of Point of Sale Systems (POS) /Data, Phone and CATV
