 Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google.  So far so good, but with an emergency generator, rubber meets the road when and if there is an issue and the response. However, everything Carl (owner) said he would do on installation and follow through went down just as he said it would. His people could not be nicer to deal with. What made me go with Miele Electric was the number of techs he has on staff. Other companies I priced out and had conversations with had 1-2 tech guys available which is huge when there could be an issue with my generator during a power outage. Lastly, Miele was the only company of the 4 I entertained that the owner personally was involved from the get go. No leaving messages, getting put to an answering service, having to schedule the initial call weeks in advance, ect. Carl gave me his cell and had a written quote to me next day.
